FAQ

keeperdenim

Yes they are, so we recommend selecting the size you would normally wear in jeans.

You can refer to our size guide for further instructions. Please note, if your waist measurement doesn’t match the corresponding hip measurement for a particular size, we recommend you select your size based on your waist measurement. However if you’re still not sure, feel free to email us at info@keeperdenim.com and we will be more than happy to help you!

Unfortunately, if the size is sold out on our website, it is not available for purchase. However, you can email us at info@keeperdenim.com and we will let you know when the size is back in stock.

We recommend reducing the number of times you wash your jeans to minimise water usage, benefiting the environment. Refer to the care instructions on the tag inside your jeans for further information. Wash them in water 40 degrees Celsius or lower with a small amount of natural detergent; wash inside out with similar colours to preserve their dark colour; it is best to air dry the jeans, however you can tumble dry on low. You can iron on low, but this is not necessary as once you wear them any creases will disappear in a short period of time, due to the amount of stretch in the denim. Do not bleach.

Like with all denim jeans they will relax with wear, however when you wash them, they will return back to their original size.

We hand wrap your items in recyclable, acid free tissue paper sourced from PaperPak and seal it with a branded adhesive label printed with environmentally friendly inks and toners by PrintTogether.

They are then placed into a compostable mail bag, made from plant extracts and corn, sourced from the Better Packaging Co. They are 100% biodegradable and when put in a home compost will biodegrade in approximately 180 days.

Our primary postal service is Sendle. They are a Certified B Corporation and Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery service. If you would prefer your order to be sent to a PO Box, we will use Australia Post.

What does carbon neutral mean?

The logistics of online shopping increases the amount of carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere, which significantly contributes to climate change. So Sendle calculates the amount of carbon dioxide that will be released through the delivery of their parcels, and then offsets this by supporting sustainable projects that reduce emissions, via their partnership with the South Pole Group. Visit https://try.sendle.com/en-au/carbon-neutral-delivery for further information.
